Terms of Service

By accessing or using DexScanner (the "Service") at dexscanner.app or any associated subdomain, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

DexScanner is a token risk-screening tool. It pulls on-chain data and third-party security signals (DEXScreener, GoPlus Labs, Etherscan family, others) and presents a risk score, signal breakdown, and an AI-generated verdict for the token you query. All data is read-only — we never sign transactions, hold funds, or interact with your wallet.

You must be at least 13 (16 in the EEA/UK) to use the Service. By using DexScanner you represent that you meet that age and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

You can use parts of the Service without an account. To save scan history, manage a watchlist, or upgrade to Pro, you need to sign in (we use Clerk for authentication).

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mass-query, or otherwise abuse the API or front-end beyond posted rate limits.
• Reverse-engineer the Service for the purpose of building a competing product.
• Use the Service to facilitate illegal activity, sanctions evasion, or fraud.
• Misrepresent DexScanner output (e.g., publishing falsified screenshots claiming a token is "safe" or "rugged" when our scan said otherwise).
• Interfere with the Service's operation (denial of service, probing for vulnerabilities outside coordinated disclosure).

Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks higher quotas and additional features. Pricing and tier benefits are listed on the upgrade page. Payments are processed by Helio in cryptocurrency.

All sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable law. Crypto payments are non-reversible by nature; we don't offer refunds for completed payments. If a payment fails or your plan isn't correctly applied, contact us at dexscanner.app@gmail.com.

We may change pricing or restructure tiers with reasonable notice. Existing Pro periods you've already paid for are honored at the original rate until they expire.

DexScanner is an analytical tool, not a financial advisor, broker, exchange, or fiduciary. Nothing in the Service — including risk scores, AI verdicts, signals, or recommendations — constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

Crypto trading carries substantial risk, including total loss. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.

We rely on third-party data sources that may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Newly-deployed tokens, low-liquidity pairs, and chains with limited indexing may produce less reliable scans. A "Low Risk" score is not a guarantee of safety. A "High Risk" score is not a guarantee of failure.

Always verify critical findings against multiple sources and consider the inherent risks of any token before transacting.

The DexScanner name, logo, code, designs, and content are owned by DexScanner and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. Public on-chain data and third-party data shown in the Service are subject to their respective sources' terms.

The Service integrates with third parties (Clerk, Helio, Anthropic, GoPlus, DEXScreener, others). Their services are governed by their own terms; we're not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions. Outages or changes in these services may affect DexScanner.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEXSCANNER AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold DexScanner harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or damage arising out of your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party right.

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that risks the Service or other users. Sections that should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree, stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DexScanner is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
